If you are Gold Certified, you may access all courses immediately by clicking on Courses (right side of page), and then scrolling down until you see it in your list of Enrolled Courses on the left side of the page.

If you are a public member or an intern free GBP routines are marked with an asterisk (*). 

To access your routines you have purchased, simply click on the Courses link on the right. Scroll down through the list of courses and then click on the link for the routine in order to open it.
