Instructions: Get prayer from your church leader
Our goal is to provide a stretching environment in churches where people can experience Jesus through His Word, prayer, worship and exercise.
WholyFit is only a used as a tool successfully by Christians who are active in their local churches. Belonging to and participating in a church shows that your primary interest is to further the Kingdom of Christ. Living in community with the local church is characteristic of those who are truly regenerated and Spirit-filled because they show active pursuit of sanctification by their devotion to the passion of Christ for His Church. Those who do not go to church, even though they might identify themselves as Christians, do not share Christ’s passion for the Church. The Church is His Bride for whom He died. His blood was shed to begin His Kingdom which begins and is orchestrated by the local church. Churches are not perfect. See the letters to the Churches in Revelations, but also see that Jesus walks amidst the lampstands.

How Do We Enter the Kingdom of God?
The Word of God is the entrance to the Kingdom of Jesus. Not all you hear His Word are regenerated however. Are you a hearer or a doer? Has God’s Word truly regenerated your whole being so that your only desire is for Jesus? We meditate on God’s Word so He will sanctify us and renew our minds. We are not perfect yet, but the more we pray, read God’s Word and undergo discipleship processes at church, the more opportunity the Holy Spirit has to make us more like Jesus. God’s Word is moving and active – as we move to God’s Word, God’s Word moves in us!
Prayer is the real work! It doesn’t matter how good we are or how hard we work, living the regenerated life is all about God working in us by His power.
We are a Garden
See the picture below. My garden kept getting broken into by animals and my whole harvest got eaten three times! I was so discouraged. This is what happens when we try to do work in the Kingdom without prayer, reading God’s Word and getting discipled at our local church.
Life Work
So, in this spiritual exercise we ask you to explain WholyFit to your Pastor, or a leader, from your church, and ask them to pray over you for anointing, protection and blessing. Ask your church leader to send you out as a missionary of your church to minister to those caught up in New Age philosophies.
Before you go the the meeting, pray about who you are in Christ, what your spiritual gifts are and what Jesus has called you to do for His Kingdom. Once you know what God has called you to do, then meet with your pastor or church leader (like women’s/men’s ministry leader). Whether you teach WholyFit in a church, or at another venue, you still need the anointing and sending out from your church.
Below is a video I did preparing myself.
